Snack Time

We all try to give our children the best food over the day. However, we all to often hear ‘ I’m hungry!’. The dilemma is what do you do? Give them a snack that is easy at hand, but not to good for them or a healthy alternative. Simple fruit or veg can be tasty on there own, but some children may need a bit of convincing. There are different recipes on the change for life website, for those who need extra ideas. I have also been shared a video where a dentist outlines 5 different snack ideas. I have tried a couple on my own children and they love the rice cake, peanut butter and apple snack. Take a look
